Shipping Information
PROCESSING ORDERS
All orders are subject to verification for proof of professionalism. Typically, this will require a copy of your business license, artist license, or shop details/information. Feel free to call our accounts department if you have any questions or concerns. The verification process for new account holders may take 1 to 2 days.
Please note: UPS/FedEx cannot ship to PO Box addresses.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
All of our items are processed and shipped from Lake Elsinore, California, USA. Orders placed by 1pm (PST) Mondays through Friday will be fulfilled and shipped out same day, subject to availability. Exceptions to this condition may apply during peak sales periods and holiday seasons. (Please keep in mind Overnight, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Express, and all other Express Shipping Estimates are different if online orders are made after 1pm (PST) - Mondays thru Friday) In the case of inventory unavailability or damages at the time of shipment, we will notify you or refund you within 24 hours. Restrictions and limitations of guarantee may apply. All methods of express shipping (Express and Overnight) are subject to limitations. Since the estimated delivery time of packages are simply approximations, there cannot be a guarantee on when a package is to be delivered, even in the case of Express Shipping. Delays can occur due to uncontrollable issues from our carriers (UPS and FedEx).
Standard shipping is through UPS, FedEx, or postal service (if necessary). Available transit methods for most items are: Standard Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Express/Air, Next Day Air. To calculate shipping costs for a desired service, add the items to your cart and enter your zip code to calculate freight costs. *Note: Deliveries made by UPS and FedEx are only available business days (Mon-Fri). When choosing your shipping method, do not calculate Saturday or Sunday. Orders that qualify for free shipping will be sent out automatically via FedEx or UPS Ground.
Please note that the Ground Shipping option is not an expedited shipping option compared to the Free Shipping on orders over $350. GROUND SHIPPING and FREE SHIPPING are the same. We suggest choosing from the expedited shipping options if you need your items before a specific date.
FREE GROUND SHIPPING
All order $350 or more qualify for Free Ground Shipping (Excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico). Orders under $350 will be subject to a shipping charge, calculated via our carrier. Orders shipped to Hawaii (HI), Alaska (AK), and Puerto Rico (PR) will be charged a rate given to us by our carrier.
In-stock domestic shipments are usually shipped the same business day (Mon-Fri) of the order, and if you order before 1pm PST.
FAQ: WHY DOESN'T MY ORDER QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING?
Your order may not qualify for the following reasons:
- It is a special order or a discounted order.
- It is a Wholesale order
- Your order is less than $350.
- You are located in HI, AK, or PR.
In-stock domestic shipments are usually shipped the same working day of order if you order before 1pm PST.
- HI, AK, & PR shipping charge go by current carrier rate.
- All express delivery shipping charge go by current carrier rate.
EXPRESS SHIPPING
Express Shipping options include but are not limited to Next Day/Overnight, 2nd Day Air/Express, and 3 Day Select/Express Saver. For all Express Shipping options, we will pack, process, and ship out your order, if the order is placed before 1pm (PST) on a business day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays). For orders placed after 1pm (PST), we will process and ship out your order the following business day.
The estimated shipping/delivery times and dates are, at best, guesses to when your package may arrive. Since delivery of our packages are handled by a third-party carrier company (FedEx or UPS), there CANNOT be any guarantees from us that your package(s) will be delivered on time or in accordance with the estimated delivery schedule.
SHIPPING ADD-ON OPTIONS
Insurance Option: Charge - $3 for first $300, $1 for every additional $100 of the order)
For all orders, we offer an insurance option for your package. This optional charge allows us to contact our carrier in case a package is missing or damaged and file a claim for it, ensuring that all risks and liability from shipping or delivery does not occur on you or your business.
Signature Required (Charge: $6 per order)
This option guarantees that your order will be re-shipped at no extra cost if you don’t receive it within three weeks (domestic). Shipping carriers can deny any responsibility if your package indicates that it was delivered, but did not reach you. This option protects you and your package from shipping errors and liability. The signature option is available to all United States addresses, both residential and business.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations are only accepted if the order has not been shipped (prior to 1pm PST of the same day order is placed). Orders cannot be canceled once submitted and shipped out. Due to our commitment to offer quick and convenient order processing and fast shipping times, once an order has been confirmed and processed, our warehouse will immediately be notified to pack and ship the order. If you must cancel an order, please call or email us ASAP and before the cut off time (1pm PST of the same day).
REFUSED SHIPMENTS
For all packages refused to be delivered and/or sent back to us due to cases such as missed delivery or re-delivery/re-shipment, the customer will be responsible for any and all additional charges.
ADDRESS CORRECTIONS
Customer is responsible for additional charges that may occur in the case where a package is intercepted, inspected, and notified for the need of an address change/correction. It is the responsibility of the customer to confirm the billing and shipping information during and after placing an order.
BACK ORDERS
If your order contains an item or items that are on back-order, you will receive a prompt notification from our sales department or one of our account executives to try and help you with any substitutions or an estimated time of the next shipment for the back-ordered items. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING/ORDERS
All international orders are subject to verification and review. Although the website may process and confirm your order, all orders being shipped to an address outside of the United States will be reviewed and possibly cancelled if deemed a risk of fraud, possible shipping damages, and/or extra fees due to customs and processing. All international orders must be paid in full via wire transfer. Notice: Title and risk of loss passes to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier/delivery company.
